SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns / Exchange Policy 

Due to the nature of the products all sales are final! 

The products may be returned in store or online only in the event you receive the wrong order. which must be returned unwashed, unused / unworn , and in its original packaging. Once customer ships order back ( We provide return label via email) and we receive your original order,  we will ship out the correct order

Shipping

Once the order has been processed. It takes (2-4) business days for processing). During Sale times processing may take anywhere from 3-7 business days. We will ship out your order and provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours. Shipping takes 2-3 business days (we ship via USPS and UPS) once the order has been processed.  That time lengthens to 3-5 days during sale times. That is a total of 4 to 10 business days total from the time you place the order to the time you receive the order.  All packages require a signature . 
 
Queen Harper Beauty is not responsible for late or lost shipments. Please allow additional time for delivery during abnormal weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays as those are variables beyond our control.
