WE PROVIDE DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF ALL WIGS AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING.  OUR RAW EURASIAN HAIR COMES IN A STRAIGHT, BODY WAVE, DEEP WAVE, NATURAL WAVE OR CURLY PATTERN. BECAUSE OUR HAIR IS 100% VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR AND EACH INDIVIDUAL BUNDLE COMES FROM A SEPARATE DONOR , COLOR VARIATION MAY VARY SLIGHTLY WITH SHADES RANGING FROM NATURAL  BLACK TO LIGHT PLATNIUM BLONDE, AND EVERY COLOR IN BETWEEN. WE DO OUR BEST TO REPLICATE THE COLOR AND TAKE EXACT PICTURES TO SHOW THE TRUE COLOR OF THE WIGS BUT DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COLOR BEING SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO THOSE VARIABLES. BECAUSE OF THAT  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HAIR COLOR OR TEXTURE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE FOR DISSATISFACTION OF COLOR OR TEXTURE OR DENSITY. DUE TO THE NATURE OF ALL OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. 
 
 

PAYMENT TERMS 

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. AND PROCESS PAYMENTS EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH SQUARE POS, PAYPAL, STRIPE, QUADPAY OR SEZZLE. AS SOON AS YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED. FULL BALANCE OF SERVICES ARE TO BE PAID UPFRONT. 
 
WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER,  IF YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AND SEND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION BEFORE YOUR SHIPMENT IS RELEASED. ONCE YOUR QH BEAUTY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE. NOR DO WE OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU THE CUSTOMER ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND YOU RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER.
YOU, THE CUSTOMER ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF WHEN DEALING WITH SMALL PARTS, NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION. YOU ALSO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF INJURY.

IF CUSTOMER PROCESSES ORDER WITH AN ERROR, CUSTOMER HAS 3 HOURS TO CONTACT QH BEAUTY USING THE CONTACT US FORM WITH CORRECT INFORMATION. AFTER 3 HOURS NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
QH BEAUTY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSUMPTIONS MADE BY CUSTOMER . IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK ANY AND ALL NECESSARY QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING THEIR PURCHASE. CUSTOMER MAY USE CONTACT US FORM.
 
WE DO OUR BEST TO STYLE YOUR CROWN TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. DUE TO YOUR CROWN BEING MADE ON A MANNEQUIN HEAD AND WE AT QH BEAUTY BEING UNABLE TO SEE FACIAL STRUCTURE, NECKLINE, HAIRLINE, AND SHOULDER PLACEMENT WE KINDLY SUGGEST CUSTOMER MAKE ADJUSTMENT TO SUIT ABOVE NEEDS.
PLEASE BE ADVISED ADJUSTMENTS ON CUSTOMERS PART MAY OR MAY NOT BE NECESSARY. IN THE EVENT THAT ADJUSTMENTS ARE REQUIRED, CUSTOMER MAY NEED TO ADJUST PART, CUT MORE LAYERS INTO EXTENSIONS, CUT EXCESS LACE, TWEEZE HAIRLINE TO YOUR CUSTOMER LIKING, OR SHORTEN YOUR BOB. WE ADVISE SEEKING PROFESSIONAL HELP WHEN ALTERING YOUR CROWN IN ANY WAY.
